About the Role
To provide personal assistant role to the directors. To manage workload, assist him/her in her tasks on hand and act as gatekeeper to him/her.
Ultimately, the role of a Personal Assistant can be extremely broad and vary on a day-to-day basis.
Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
Preparing communications on behalf of a manager;
Organising and planning meetings, travel and itineraries,Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining the cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar role
Educated to degree level standard or equivalent
Verbal and written articulacy
Well-developed time management skills
Strong organisational skills
Promoting Process Improvement
Administrative Writing Skills
